A home that costs $28,000? Sign. Us. Up. Okay, before you cancel your lease and plan your move, this microhome is one of a kind—but Invisible Studio is happy to share the plans so you can try your hand at building your own. The Trailer microhome is a relocatable pad constructed out of materials normally turned to waste. Locally grown unseasoned timber combines with other salvaged material to form a simple home that offers plenty of natural light. Scavenged insulation provides a level of comfort for those relaxing inside. Read more about it at Invisible Studio’s site and maybe start rounding up waste material for you own mobile dwelling.
